Sunday 12th July – Saturday 19th July (7 nights)
This is an event 1330 Road Cycling are hosting on July 12th 2014 in association with Bibo Bike Coaching. It’s part of a week-long, fully-catered stay with us living the life of a full-time bike racer, riding spectacular terrain and world-famous mountain passes.
A mini stage race consisting of 5 fully-supported days of riding on a challenging course taking in many iconic cols used in the Tour de France. We’ve also included some lesser-known but equally as challenging local climbs which are close to the chalet, so you’ll never be too far from base.
With an (optional) on-site massage service supplied by Massage Me, event mechanic, nutritionist and cycling-specific meals each day, it’s an event that we are very much looking forward to.
For you, as an entrant, this will be a week of full-on riding on a course designed to get the most out of both rider and environment. You will be picked up at the airport on arrival and dropped off again at the end of the week. The only thing you’ll need to manage yourself are your flights (and your fitness!).
THE TOUR IS COMING TO TOWN
The Tour de France is rolling through the region while you will be here so at the end of the week, after the event, we will be watching one of the potentially defining mountain-top stage finishes at Chamrousse on Friday July 18th. We will drive you close to the stage finish then we will ride the final climb and see the spectacle of the best riders in the world racing past at full gas.
We look forward to hearing from you, and hopefully riding Concours Des Alpes with you in July.
The cost of this trip is £899 (including airport transfers)
For more information go to the Concours Des Alpes photo gallery, or to book you can contact us at 1330 Road Cycling or Mike at Bibo Bike Coaching.
